Caroline's First Haloween

I thought this would work, but...it didn't! I ended up carrying her. We walked around my mom and dad's neighborhood with cousins, and Caroline slept the whole time.

4 Month Check Up

Caroline had her 4 month check up yesterday. She weighs 16 lbs 1 oz. She is getting so big! She got 4 shots and didn't cry much at all. She is growing up way too fast, and it makes me sad:(

Morgan and I took Caroline to have some Halloween pictures taken. She was such a ham! The photographer had a blast taking her picture.

We ended up having more pics taken, even though I wasn't prepared for them. (No Bows!)

Saturday, Oct. 11, we walked with family, in honor of my aunt Darlene. We had to get a very early start, but had a wonderful time! Aunt Mo stayed with us Friday night. She was, and always is, such a big help! (I don't know what I would do without her!) For some reason I thought we had a 1 mile walk, turns out it was 3.2 miles! I was a little worried when the walk began as all downhill. I knew at some point we would have to go back up! Pushing Caroline wasn't too bad, and my uncle Steve helped out. He was as bad as my dad is about wanting to help! Morgan and I got a kick out of it:)

Swimming with Daddy

Saturday, after we left Malory and Levi's B-Day party, we went to Michelle's for a family cookout. Caroline had her second swim for the day. This time the sun wasn't in her eyes. She enjoyed it much more!

Caroline's First Swim

We went to Mallory and Levi's 4th B-day party on Saturday. Aunt Mo decided Caroline needed to join her in the pool. Caroline didn't like the sun in her eyes, so the swim was short.

Caroline is finally feeling better! We had to bring her to Children's Hospital Saturday night. She had a high fever and diarrhea. Several tests were ran, then she was admitted. Her fever finally broke Monday, and she began eating on Tuesday. Test results show she has Salmonella poisoning. The Dr. said we would never know where she got it. Hopefully, we will get to go home today. Thanks for all the prayers!
